The professional staff made our stay very good. Our beautifully decorated room with huge windows and amenities like the tub and couches was perfect. The excellent service was just what we needed.

Hotel is wonderful, and clean, there's great pool and the location is EXCELLENT right next to the river. Everything is perfect, the room is beautifully maintained with coaches and a great view, as example. The service is top-notch, includes free parking. The facilities are well-kept, there's a pool.

The location is very close to the center, just two blocks south of the Devos Place Convention Center and DeVos Performance Hall. Leo's, a great spot for drinks, is only a 10-minute walk away from the hotel. The beds are very comfy and the rooms are equipped with a safe box, cable programming, and a mini fridge bar. The hotel offers great food and good drinks.

We loved staying at this place! The hotel is in a great location, at a reasonable walking distance to some good restaurants and the downtown area. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. We enjoyed the spa and wellness center, including the indoor swimming pool and sauna, as well as the beauty treatments and massages. The room amenities were great, especially the comfortable beds and the flat-screen TV.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to others, and can't think of any negative aspects to our stay!

Convenient location downtown venues. Room presentation was pleasing, and appeared clean.

We enjoyed the experience with family at an upscale city hotel. Everything was so very delightful as we spoiled ourselves during our stay. Also, everyone on the staff was very helpful and attentive to making our stay very enjoyable.

The swimming pool was fun and relaxing, although a little too warm. Otherwise, nothing that we didn't like.
